Jo-Sharon Udoh Customer Success/QA Manager, Flutterwave
Sharon joined the Flutterwave Customer Success/Quality Assurance Team in 2016. She was immersed in the banking world prior to joining Flutterwave.
Working as part of a progressive team, Sharon is responsible for driving customer success outcome, defining and optimizing customer lifecycle, managing customer success activities, and building support systems to enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the customer success program at Flutterwave.
Sharon believes customer success is a team sport and sees herself as a Relator – ‘Working hard, together’.
